A reputable and established registered RTO is seeking services of a Marketing Officer or Manager (Part Time or Full Time) with the drive and passion to help our RTO/CRICOS growth as we expand our business.

This role will require you to work autonomously bringing your expertise in content copywriting, website control, campaign coordination, social media management and relationship with agents.

**Scope of Duties (will include but not limited to)**
- Management of the overall Marketing Budget in coordination with Finance Manager
- Implementation of marketing strategy, plans and campaigns
- Management of content calendar
- Design, create and proof all marketing and promotional materials
- Manage, Control and coordination of all social media platforms
- Managing company website
- Managing and appointing new and current agents
- Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as both onshore/offshore agents, partner colleges, businesses, and direct channels
- Recruits students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
- Being a key contact point with agents to support college business objectives.
- Assists Director with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events to promote the college.
- develop strong relationships in the international market to recruit students onshore and offshore;
- Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Nepal, South Korea, South America etc
- Providing support to international students and working with Education Agents locally and Internationally. Skills including but not limited to analysing existing curricula, admin processes,

teaching resources and methods, digital marketing using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, constant contact to reach agents and students for recruitments Agent visits

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Formal marketing qualifications
- Copywriting and content creation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of knowledge of digital marketing
- Advanced computer skills
- WordPress experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of working as a marketing manager or officer/specialist in an RTO/CRICOS.
- knowledge of Standards for RTOs and ESOS Act.
- knowledge of GTE and admission requirement

Regular VET professional development platforms will be provided, additionally, all trainers will be provided with mentoring to support a smooth transition to training and assessment within the PCBT's policies and procedures.
- YOU MUST HAVE current Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, Work Visa,.. with a minimum of 20 hours per week work rights) and_
- YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY present in Western Australia or ready to start immediately._

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
