Full Time Accounts Assistant Required for a global advertising company

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join them for a minimum of 6-months with a potential for extension. They are based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs and offer a modern office environment, and plenty of other perks

**Your new role**
- End to end Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Job cost analysis (check input data, verify daily time sheet batches, verify cost components and close jobs, etc)
- Assist with monthly reporting (Inventory journal, summary spreadsheet, reconciliation and general ledger balancing)
- Assisting with other duties as required to support the finance team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3+ years experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated skills within job costing, AP, AR and general ledger balancing
- Great communicational and time-management skills
- High degree of computer literacy and be willing to learn new processes and functions
