**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end AR with a focus on debtor management
- Review and process customer invoices accurately and timely
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers regarding their account status and resolve any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and ensure timely collections
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement efficient accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of accounts receivable metrics to management
- Other Ad hoc tasks
