Quality Assurance Officer – Medical Reports

About us:

Medicins Legale is the leading medico-legal firm in the personal injury and workers compensation industry. We are 100% Australian owned and have been delivering high-quality medical assessments and reports for more than 15 years. With a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism and service, we are seeking to expand our Quality Assurance team with the right people.

About the role:

We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves proofreading medical reports, liaising with medical specialists, and providing high-level administrative support. You'll be part of a professional and friendly team where your contribution will directly support positive client outcomes. Work from home available.

About you:

We're seeking someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer-based systems. Experience in Personal Injury Schemes, including interstate experience, and/ or familiarity with AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th or 5th edition (or similar) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • A team-oriented and positive attitude
  • Solid computer skills
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with personal injury/workers compensation legislation (highly regarded)
  • Understanding of medical or legal terminology (advantageous)

This is a full-time position. Flexible working arrangements, including work from home and alternate hours (including weekends), may be considered for the right candidate.
