Carbon Savers is an Australian owned renewable energy company with over 15 years experience tackling the worlds environmental problems.
Our business model is focused on helping Australian households and businesses lower their carbon footprint, by directing them towards different products and services that all aim to reduce energy consumption and production.
Last year, we began working on a brand new government funded campaign with direct links to the Paris Climate Agreement.
This is a Call Centre Team Leader position managing a team of up to 10 experienced sales agents selling government subsidised renewable energy products to warm leads.
This particular campaign is in its infancy, but has seen exceptional results within the first 8 weeks, meaning we now need an experienced team leader to help take our team to the next level.

What we'll need from you:
- Previous sales experience
- A passion for the environment
- Training/Leadership/Team Leadership experience preferred
- Confident and outgoing personality
- A strong focus on contributing towards a high performance team culture
- The ability to manage a team towards KPI’s
- Computer literate (operate CRMs, google suite ect.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
