Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'Business Insights Lead'.

**Key Criteria**:

- Lead the co-ordination of data collection and insights, analysis of this data and insights across the Workers Compensation scheme to articulate the performance of the business, identify areas for improvement, perform complex analytical analysis on data to finalise reporting, actions and decisions for the senior leadership team.
- Work closely with the Business Optimisation teams to understand executive reporting and board paper requirements and provide relevant business insights to support reporting.
- Interpret data/information across the Workers Compensation scheme to identify areas for improvement, perform analytical analysis on data provided by the data and analytics team and derive actions for senior management in order to improve performance.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to identify initiatives that address and improve performance in line with Return to Work and Support (RTW&S) strategic objectives.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to effectively identify and address areas of improvement to lift performance and deliver on scheme outcomes.
- Delivery of succinct presentations both written/verbal to the senior leadership team for them to make appropriate decisions.
- Contribute to the data quality and master data management plan to ensure that it accommodate the future state as identified by the business.
- Lead critical complex operational data analysis, interpret and analyse data, and contribute to the policy development resulting in improved performance.
- Work closely with centralised Data and Analytics team for any reports/dashboards/data extracts and analysis requirements including the maintenance of business rules supporting the SIRA data submission
