**The Opportunity**

Cartology aims to provide market leading performance media to Woolworths suppliers and partners. The Media Insights Lead plays a pivotal role leveraging Woolworths data assets to generate insights to understand media performance and help generate deep-dives and insights for our Cartology clients. This role will see you become a business point of contact to translate insights into recommendations and continuously partner with the business to explore new opportunities, provide input into decision making and facilitating campaign analysis.

This role will also see you:

- Provide campaign insights, performance measurements and post campaign analysis into campaign and clients’ lifecycle.
- Present detailed commentary and recommend actions based on the generated insights to internal stakeholders and our clients.
- Standardise the campaign KPI’s to create consistency and simplify tracking and reliability for clients and sales teams
- As a trusted advisor, present and lead data driven conversations with stakeholders.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to Cartology on the performance of media assets

**About You**

As a trusted advisor, you’re a natural influencer who has worked in business facing roles, with a knack for developing and fostering strong and collaborative relationships with your stakeholders. You’re deeply analytical and enjoy the challenge of deep diving into data to identify trends, patterns and insights which you then creatively use to tell a story to deliver recommendations. You’re curious and have the ability to break down complex problems and creative innovative solutions.

It would also be great if you had:

- Solid hands on analytics experience developing insights and conducting deep dives
- Strong people leadership skills and experience with the ability to grow the insights capabilities of your team
- Create and deliver impactful client presentation and insights that are easy to understand with expereine in Tableau, Looker or similar
- Extensive hands on experience in SQL and data manipulation
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and cut through the complex to create simple yet compelling plans
- Whilst not essential, it would be great if you’ve had experience in Python, Azure or Google Cloud Platforms
