**Your Team**

The Customer analytics team is part of CFS’s Customer Office which is accountable for our customer’s experience of the brand, products, and services. This role and the team play an important part in the success of CFS’s strategic priorities

**Your Responsibilities**
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success aligned with business strategy. Partner with senior executives in understanding KPI drivers and formulate and execute a data-driven action plan.
- Lead insights projects from scoping and analysis to working with stakeholders to make and implement recommendations, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Lead the development of a future-fit insights function, including the implementation of AI to scale insights across CFS.
- Ownership of identifying business problems and/or opportunities and influencing senior executives to make investments and improvements accordingly.
- Demonstrate thought leadership to develop a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation within the organisation, encouraging the use of data to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as a leader within the team, to grow our whole team’s insights capability. Help your colleagues find ways to do things more efficiently and with more impact.
- Work across the team to support the ongoing drive to improve data quality to provide confidence for making decisions on a single version of the truth.Actively contribute to Agile cadences, analytics initiatives and overall team culture.

**Your Capability and Experience**
- Extensive experience delivering end-to-end insights from understanding the business problem, sourcing and transforming data using SQL and presenting insights to achieve the desired outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to combine commercial acumen with advanced analytics skills to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that result in tangible business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the consulting industry or a similar hybrid strategy/analytics role, showcasing a deep understanding of industry best practices and methodologies.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, consistently driving projects to successful completion.
- Proven ability to build and enhance insights capabilities within an organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using AI to improve your efficiency and impact.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Proficiency in Databricks, Power BI, Python, or R.
