- Manage a small team of digital media data and insights analysts
- Working with the Data science, technology teams, Personalisation / Programmatic

**The Position**:
As a Senior Analytics Lead (Hands on) with experience in media or advertising analytics you will work closely with our teams to drive growth in owned and paid digital media channels by providing optimisation solutions and improving customer targeting strategies. You will manage a small team, work on data and optimisation strategy.

Provide campaign insights, performance measurements and post campaign analysis as an input into media planning and ad campaign lifecycle. Present detailed commentary and recommend actions based on the generated insights to both clients and the business

**You will be accountable for the following**:

- Provide insights on customers interactions
- Develop and track key metrics across digital media channels.
- Recommend campaign insights and optimisation of future campaigns.
- Provide campaign insights, performance measurements and post campaign analysis as an input into media planning and ad campaign lifecycle
- Promote test and learn strategies to engage customers throughout the lifecycle journey
- Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business KPI’s and strategies
- Mentor junior team members, transferring skills and competencies to enable growth of the internal talent pool

**You will ideally have the following experience**:

- Strong understanding of the media and advertising industry, media and campaign planning, and associated objectives and metrics
- 5-7 years experience in SQL, analysis and data manipulation
- Expertise in insights and campaign analytics (media and advertising)
- Lead the team of media analysts and enable the team to create consistent ad performance metrics that can simplify tracking and reliability, and inform media campaign planning
- Proven product management skills
- Experience with marketing cloud platforms i.e Salesforce, Google / GCP etc
- Solid understanding of data science
- Sound understanding of digital media - Ad server, DMP, DSPs, SSP
