You will develop communications, channel management, content curation, branding, and overall messaging agreement for the impacted partners and audience within PPG Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Employ a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote commitment to adapt to the change while assessing its magnitude and readiness.
- Conducts investigations to identify partners impacted by the change and identify the timing of that change and related potential challenges.
- Develops communication and presentation materials targeted at multiple team member groups for execution by PPG leaders.
- Ensure all communication is implemented, aligned, and of high quality.
- Briefs and Trains leaders and presenters in the execution of content.
- Aligns all Change Communications with the Master Program Schedule, recruitment, training, and employee relations activity undertaken within the Program by other team members.
- Provides leadership for change agents and change advocates within the partner community by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding and influence successful change.

**Requirements**:

- A three
- or four-year degree or higher in Business, commerce, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of change management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of change communications experience.
- Broad knowledge of the IT process to deliver change for a project.
- Manage, inform, and influence successful project outcomes while working with partners across the project.
- Understanding of change management methodologies, approaches, and tools.
- Diversified experience within manufacturing and unionized workforces.
- Experience working within large corporate organisations.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
