**About the role**

You will be responsible for the following.
- Process purchase requisitions by completing forms and spreadsheets and logging them into our purchasing system
- Follow up with individual requestors to ensure all details collected are complete and accurate
- Follow up on the progress of requests using SAP
- Communicate with requesting managers to confirm approvals, or request additional information
- General Administration duties

**About you**
- Previous experience in Purchasing/undertaking purchasing tasks (recent experience is preferable)
- A high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous experience in SAP would be advantageous
- Strong Ms Office experience
