**Overview of Position**

This role is a great opportunity for those wishing to work in the purchasing and procurement industry for a highly technical manufacturing company. You will be working in a small agile purchasing team servicing the needs of production and R&D departments. Reporting to the Senior Purchasing & Procurement Officer in a growth environment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Implementing purchasing policies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Administer the purchasing process from the point of purchase requisition to fulfilment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy of component attributes in our planning system.
- Monitor supplier performance.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and requirements.
- 3+ years experience in a purchasing role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
