The City is seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to provide effective organisational development and change management services. The role will develop, coordinate and facilitate tailored programs and solutions to improve organisational culture and capabilities.

Reporting to the Manager People Services and Development, this position will support the City by:

- Providing fit for purpose organisational development, change management programs and culture strategies and initiatives that support objectives of the City - including Workforce Plan development and deployment.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies to support and promote organisational development and cultural change initiatives.
- Developing and implementing contemporary policies, practices and procedures to facilitate and embed cultural reform as well as organisational capability and performance.
- Working collaboratively across People and Culture and the organisation to understand issues, identify gaps and deliver solutions to identified issues.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in developing, coordinating and implementing organisational development, change management as well as culture strategies and initiatives.
