This is a hand-on role, supporting Macmahon’s people performance and capability. You will support the organisation’s growth and play a critical role key people activities. Day-to-day, you will be involved in a diverse portfolio including talent management, capability building, leadership development, performance management and employee engagement. You will also play an important role in the delivery of workplace culture activities.

**About the role**
- Drive the execution of the OD annual plan.
- Provide SME advice and coaching to HRBPs and Business Leaders.
- Oversee and manage business systems to support talent and OD processes.
- Coordinate performance and talent activities.
- Facilitate the development and delivery of leadership development programs.

**About you**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner who would like to gain exposure to organisational development. Previous SME experience is beneficial, however not necessary with the right attitude and growth mindset.
- Expertise in current Industrial Relations legislation.
- Knowledge of best practices in Human Resource Management.
- Proven experience in a complex, operational setting.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and objectives.
- Adept at exercising high discretion and autonomy.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or similar (or considerable relevant experience).
