Our Perth Office is looking for a Full Time Learning & Development Advisor (known as a Learning Experience Advisor at Cashies) to join our team.

About the role
  • You will provide hands-on support to the Training, Learning & Development team across a range of activities, including content delivery, training administration, enrolments, and facilitation.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of innovative L&D programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organisational strategic goals.
  • Assist in the management, maintenance, and reporting of all Learning & Development systems and platforms.
  • Explore and apply innovative instructional design techniques, keeping up to date with the latest L&D trends to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Assist with the implementation of technology-driven learning solutions that enhance capability across the organisation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to strengthen a store-based training culture, including supporting the development and upskilling of mentors and trainers.
About you
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Vyond, Adobe Premiere, Storyline, Articulate Rise or similar programs is highly regarded.
  • Confident facilitator with experience delivering engaging sessions across a range of operational and behavioural topics.
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supported by excellent communication and consultation skills.
