Preston Toyota is now seeking a Permanent Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our friendly dealership
**.** Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be responsible for general ledger including balance sheet reconciliations, and learning and/or doing deal processing.

**About the role**:

- Process invoices through an electronic AP system in a timely manner ensuring accuracy at all times
- Petty Cash and expense coordination
- General ledger balance sheet reconciliations as allocated
- Managing and processing any toll or traffic fines imposed upon the business
- Daily, weekly and monthly accounting and administration tasks as required

**Do you have?**
- Previous dealership exposure
- Pentana experience (desirable)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Advance MS Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
