SSV Installations is a busy, full-service sign installation company with branches in QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA. They are looking for a bookkeeper/office manager to take responsibility for the admin functions of the business.
They are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm, attention to detail, patience, amazing organisational and time management skills.
You should have strong bookkeeping with Xero including payroll.
The person will be:
- Invoicing, paying bills, completing weekly payroll, management reporting, lodging BAS
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation
- Booking flights & accommodation
- Organising office services
- Liaison with property agent
- Reception (low call volume)
While there is the possibility of hybrid work, they would prefer someone who wants to work from the office most of the time.
