We have an exciting opportunity to join Gallagher as a **Client Services Officer**working closely with our Consultants to provide ongoing value and service to existing Corporate Benefit clients. We partner with our clients to support their employees with access to corporate superannuation & a wide range of employee benefit packages.

**About the Role**:
This opportunity represents an exciting opening to join our team. As a Client Services Officer, you will be supporting our Consultants nationally to provide ongoing value and service to existing Corporate Benefit clients.

The key purpose is to comply with and follow documented processes and guidelines to provide effective service delivery for the employees of our corporate clients.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage client queries and respond in a timely manner to deliver value and service
- Document and maintain client records in accordance with our compliance obligations
- Action employee client paperwork and ensure it is completed correctly by provider
- Liaise with superannuation and insurance providers on behalf of the clients
- Undertake advocacy in line with our claim's philosophy
- Undertake insurance annual reviews in partnership with consultants
- Assist with gathering information and relevant employer reporting

**Experience and Skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Client Services Officer or administration position within a similar industry
- Working knowledge of insurance, superannuation, investment and/or employee benefit products and services is desirable
- Must hold RG146, or be willing to obtain and maintain
- Completion or currently studying relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Financial Planning
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Salesforce is desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro
- Proactive & solution driven
- Professional communication & confidence to meet with clients in person.
- Attention to detail & ability manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
