- 253960The Change Manager plays a crucial role within the Change Team supporting Program Nova projects to produce the results the organisation is expecting. This role will be working across multiple business areas (field based and office based), delivering change in a fast-changing environment, the Change Manager involves and collaborates with stakeholders to assesses the current state compared to the future state, and analyse the change impact to create a strategic communications and engagement approach that enables change across the organisation.

**Key responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with ICT and business stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with other Change Team Change Managers to ensure alignment to the broader Program change and communication approach. OFFICIAL
- Complete project stakeholder maps and change impact assessments identifying the implications of these changes.
- Create change communications, ensuring impacted employees know the reason for change, what is changing, what the implications are for them and how they can get involved.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with Project Managers, Initiative Leads and Sponsor Delegates to align on project progress, highlight challenges and opportunities and to create meaningful communications materials.
- Facilitate workshops and collaboration sessions.
- Complete training needs assessments to ensure impacted employees are prepared for new ways of working and can make the required changes.
- Evaluate project communications and engagement activities to drive change adoption and capture lessons learned to share.
- Other duties within the employee's skill, competence, and training.

**Mandatory**
- Extensive experience as a Change Manager or within a project/communications management role
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, change management, project management or related discipline
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to translate complex information in simple messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Able to deliver engagement strategies and communications and change plans
- Ability to confidently conduct change impact analysis, and establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously

**Desirable**
- Change management certification or designation desired
