**The Role**
The TPASU Division is responsible for the delivery of the Transforming Program Administration for Schools and Universities Project (the Project) and the oversight of the departments IT Strategy.

The Project will modernise the technology delivering the end-to-end entitlement management for schools and higher education providers. It will transform the department’s business capabilities and improve stakeholders’ - schools and higher education providers - digital interactions necessary for program delivery. The Project will engage a range of internal and external stakeholders and will require significant change across technology, people, processes and structures.

Reporting to the Director, the Change Manager will be responsible for facilitating team delivery by aligning team outputs with organisational goals, setting and tracking teamwork plans, reporting on progress against change goals, managing contracts and working with senior leaders to align strategy and delivery. The Change Manager will work like a scrum master to organise and support the progress of project outputs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Capture, co-ordinate, organise and drive the delivery of change management work to support a complex ICT project, delivering significant change across technology, people and processes, through goal setting, tasking, activity tracking and prioritisation of effort.
- In partnership with the Project Team, build a shared vision and strategy for change management work to support a cross-agency Tier 1 project.
- Reporting on team progress against set targets to the Director and other executive leaders.
- Quality assuring work outputs of the team.
- Managing support staff outputs and providing leadership and guidance to more junior team members.
- Managing contracts and other project artefacts, including financial reporting and budgeting.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Qualification in change management, communication, training, or stakeholder engagement is desirable.
- Qualifications in Agile delivery or Scrum Master are desirable.
