A dynamic State Government department in Canberra is looking to engage an experienced **Change Manager** to join a friendly team. In this role you will lead a small team to embed changes as a part of a cultural change in processes this team is undergoing. The** **successful** Change Manager** will be offered an **initial 6 month contract with the view to be extended will be offered a rewarding daily rate.**

The successful** Change Manager** will be responsible for the below:

- Developing and implementing change management strategies
- Creating comprehensive plans to guide the team through changes
- Conducting stakeholder analysis to understand all whom will be affected by the change

The successful** Change Manager** will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager position
- Experience in developing clear and concise communication materials
- Experience in monitoring progress, evaluating effectiveness of change strategies and risk management
- Experience in leading a small team
- High level stakeholder management skills
