**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Consultant role has been created to drive growth via a customer and solution focused approach. The Sales consultant will be responsible for handling sales inquiry and educating customers on Splends’ products and benefits.
The consultant will be responsible for progressing the lead through the pipeline from inquiry to subscription, working closely with the operations team to ensure an exciting and engaging process for our customer, finding them a product and solution that fits.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all inbound sales calls are answered during business hours as per pre-defined KPI benchmarks
- Ensure all leads are actioned within 30 minutes of allocation
- Minimum target conversion of total leads as set out in KPI’s
- Achieve target of new orders as set out by the business (Across Splend's core product offerings)
- Educate customers across our product suite and service offering and Splend’s points of difference
- Educate customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle potential that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey
- Document and record all customer interactions within the note section of the CRM
- Help customers new to Uber via booking them into our Splend Assist program and clearly articulate and communicate the required document to bring with them to allow a smooth transition for the MSR and depot team members
- Work closely with the operation and depot teams to ensure we are maximising all sales potentials and placing focus on specific products where required to meet stock demands and business goals
- Treat every lead with passion and purpose
- Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splend’s values and passion for our members
