Our thriving Bariatric and General Surgical practice in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our administrative operations, drive business growth, and elevate patient care.

**Responsibilities**:
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of our large, multi-disciplinary practice, ensuring seamless coordination among surgeons, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.

Team Leadership: Inspire and manage our administrative team to optimize efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies, including:
Marketing and outreach campaigns

Relationship building with GP practices and other specialists

Identifying new referral sources and revenue streams

Medical Weight Loss Expansion: Lead the growth of our medical weight loss program, identifying opportunities for innovation and service enhancement.

Financial Oversight: Manage practice finances, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Strong commitment to exceptional patient care and practice success

Preferred:
Experience in managing a specialist medical practice

Familiarity with medical practice software (e.g., Zedmed, Genie, Medical Director, Best Practice)

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Diploma of Practice Management or a related field
