**Our client is a group of 4 Surgeons and more than 8 staff members. Head quartered at North Adelaide. Offering a second site in Salisbury that provide expert care in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon, with a special interest in rhinoplasty, facelift surgery and facial plastic surgery.** Priding themselves on providing clinical excellence and with the ambition of offering a world class patient experience, we are currently looking to appoint the full-time role of Practice Manager to lead our two Practice locations**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Fortnightly payroll service, including preparation and submission of taxation records
- Maintain all financial and business records according to state and federal legislation
- Ensure the integrity of patient records are maintained
- Ensure patient billing is submitted and receipted and received in a timely manner
- Maintain staff performance
- Communicate with third party providers ie, radiology, hospitals, health funds, medico-legal
- Recruit, induction, train and mentor staff
- Provide backup Reception and Administration support as required
- Limited Personal Assistant Duties to Surgeons as required
- Ideally suiting an individual with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, the incumbent will be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-directedness. Applicants offering experience in leadership roles within Specialist, GP, Day Surgery or Hospital setting will be highly regarded. Exposure to Genie and Xero would be advantageous but not essential with a competitive salary package inclusive of onsite parking is on offer to attract and retain stand out applicants looking for a long-term career role._
