You will be an immaculately presented professional who will be representing the clinic on various occasions so a confident and courteous disposition and phone demure is required. Other qualities such as enthusiasm, initiative - displaying drive, and a flexible attitude will be highly considered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Management and oversight of staff including monitoring, training and performance appraisals.
- Hands on at the front desk & back office.
- Overview and management of billing and debt recovery.
- Providing ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the practice.
- Ensuring the delivery and standard of the organization's processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and accommodate the future growth of the practice.
- Active role in promoting clinic through web, social media and printed material.
- Nurturing and developing strong relationships & networking with GPs & other specialists.
- Ensuring that clinic is working at optimum level with implementation of strategies to encourage new doctors.
- Organising all necessary requirements for new doctors & service providers.
- Oversee and troubleshoot minor IT issues & liaise with IT tech for unresolved stuff on urgent basis.
- Ordering practice supplies & equipment and maintenance.
- Handle petty cash and banking.
- Medicare batching, invoicing TAC, Workcover & lawyers.
- Manage and oversee practice's financials and month end procedures.
- Creating a positive and patient orientated culture.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience (at least 3 years) managing the operations of a busy and established specialist practice and ensuring high quality patient experience.
- Specialist billing knowledge and a confident user of medical practice software (ZedMed will be an advantage).
- Excellent leadership.
- Exquisite time management skills.
- A friendly and outgoing nature.
- A hard working and motivated work ethic.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to get the job done in a role providing challenges and diversity.
