The finance team has personable, empathetic managers who will leave you to work autonomously but also be there for advice. You will also get great exposure across the different business units and stakeholders, and have access to their hybrid WFH policy.

**The Role**:
This Accounts Officer role reports to a Finance Manager and would be responsible for the following:

- Raising Purchase orders
- Reconciling invoices to statements
- Completing weekly and ad hoc payment runs
- Sending out remittance when completing the payment run.
- Calculating a recommended accrual based on unapproved/outstanding invoices.
- Processing and reconciling Credit Card expenses
- Completing Bank reconciliations for all entities for operating accounts
- Producing sales invoices for QuickPay and Gaming Products

**Your Background**:

- Have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are ideally tertiary qualified
- Experience with Concur would be an advantage
