**About the role**:
The AR Officer is a full-time position based at our North Ryde Head office.
Reporting to the AR Manager, this role is responsible for accounts receivable processing while maintaining and developing strong relationships across the business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Allocate customer receipts and process site banking entries.
- Managing a high-volume AR Inbox.
- Obtaining remittance advice information from customers.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Forwarding claims to the appropriate sales and customer service teams.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment,
- High level of accuracy in transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally
- Resilience and the willingness to learn.
- Strong systems experience - SAP is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude and the ability to be a team player.
