**About the role**:
The Accounts Payable Officer is a full-time position based at our North Ryde Corporate Office.
Reporting to National Accounts Payable Manager this role is responsible for the timely processing of accounts payable invoices.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Processing invoices in our SAP systems - with and without purchase orders.
- Monitoring and prioritising workflows to support payment schedules.
- Liaison and collaboration with other CSR divisions
- Taking ownership of small AP-related projects as and when they arise

**About You**:

- 2-4 + years' experience in accounts payable will be advantageous.
- 1-3 + years' experience/knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, JDE desirable
- Experience in a similar AP role with a professional working attitude.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment & individually as required.
- Organised & able to work within strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & computer skills
