Accounts Payable Officer

**Position description**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Ensuring transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Validation of invoices via OCR tool
- Directing invoices to relevant cost centres
- Assisting processing staff expenses/corporate cards
- Maintenance of vendor master data
- Reconciliation of supplier payments and inter-company accounts
- Assisting with month end closing
- Other general finance administration duties

**The successful applicant should have**:

- Previous experience in an End to End Accounts Payable role
- High volume invoice processing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy
- Experience using large ERP systems - Ideally Microsoft Navision is highly regarded.
