**About the role**

As a Junior Accounts Receivable officer, you will be a valued member of the Demant Finance Shared Services Team, working closely with all Retail business stakeholders.

In this role you will be actioning new payment plan activations, general clinic queries, banking allocations and liaising with clinics to check customer payments, running, reconciling and posting client payment plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the other Accounts Receivable Retail Officer and reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer within the team to ensure processes and policies are adhered to
- Working on service requests for Allocations
- Liaising with the Clinics and customers
- Activating Payment Plan agreements for clients
