Our team is growing and so we have an exciting opportunity for a Collections/ Accounts Officer to join our busy team at our North Ryde Office. This is a full-time role, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

About the role:

- Contacting customers for payments via phone
- Processing credit card and bank payments
- Receipting payments, amending, and recording invoices appropriately
- Updating customer records and information correctly

About you:

- Experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is highly desirable
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Systems savvy and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
