**What You’ll Be Doing**:
You’ll be the heart and soul of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of fun, care, and excellence. Your day-to-day will include:

- **Problem-Solving Heroics**: Handling customer inquiries with empathy, creativity, and efficiency, always aiming for win-win solutions.
- **WOW Delivery**: Taking ownership of every query and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Processing online orders with precision and care, using our custom CRM software.
- **Quality Control**: Packing, quality-checking, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring every cupcake arrives as perfect as when it left the bakery.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working alongside your team to create a seamless and delightful customer journey.
- **Operational Excellence**: Tackling administrative duties, reporting, inventory stocktakes and office upkeep like a pro.
