We’re seeking a dedicated **Fulfilment Team Member** who excels in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in getting it right the first time. If you enjoy making customers happy, solving challenges, and going the extra mile, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
- Create and optimise delivery routes for speed and efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with care.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Tackle day-to-day operational tasks with a proactive approach.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Picking & packing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's licence (required)

- Australia (required)
