**Job Description**:
**What will you do**:

- Assist customer with the health claims requirements
- Navigate solutions based on the customers needs
- Accurately record detailed customer interactions
- Follow up work on claims
- Promote HCF products when applicable
- Work a rotating roster between Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm (7.6 hour shifts)
- Fully in office for the first 3mths
- Hybrid working - after your 3mth Probation, you will be eligible to work from home 4days a week and come into office for 1 day

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- The drive to learn new skills
- A proactive approach to work
- An empathetic approach to customer
- To work from home you must have a fixed internet connection
- You must be located in West Perth
- Have full working rights within Australia
