**The Role**

The **Customer Service Team Member** plays an integral role in the guest experience as you will be our client’s customers' first point of contact. The **Concierge **must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.

The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.

We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.

We are looking for **Part Time** Customer Service Team Member. This role is based at **Woodgrove Shopping Centre**. The roster is **Monday to Wednesday 1:45pm to 5:30pm.**

This position is paid in accordance with the **General Retail Industry Award 2020, Grade 3.**

**Role Requirements**:

- Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- 5-star customer service skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic personality
- Warm/bubbly personality with the ability to deal with customer complaints
- Proficient with outlook and Microsoft software
- Understanding of proper phone etiquette
- Comfortable dealing with a high volume of customer queries and phone calls
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining composure
- Delivering outcomes of the highest quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
- Must have valid work rights in Australia
