**About the centre**

The Inner West YMCA operates three community centres in the Footscray, Braybrook, and Moonee Valley areas. These centres offer a variety of programs and services for people of all ages and abilities, including:

- Multi-sports stadiums
- Health clubs
- Community halls
- Rooms
- Gymnastics facilities

**About the role**

Join our team as a Customer Service Officer and deliver exceptional service to our members and patrons at RecWest Footscray, RecWest Braybrook, and Moonee Valley Gymnastics. You'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, greeting and assisting customers with a focus on excellent service. Here is what the role involves:

- Customer-focused role: Be at the forefront of providing excellent service, creating a friendly environment for our customers.
- Sales and promotion: Promote memberships and programs, providing sales solutions to customers. Conduct centre tours for prospective members.
- Passion for health and wellness: Align your role with your passion for health, wellness, and sports, making a difference in customers' lives.

This role is being offered as either Part-Time or Casual, with an hourly rate of $23.55 (+25% casual loading) + Super.

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Working with Children Card (employee check)
