**Job Description** AVANI Melbourne Central Residences** is seeking a professional and customer-focused **Mandarin Speaking Guest Service Agent** to join our front office team on a full-time basis.

**About the Role**
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with smooth communication and support
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care
- Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in both **Mandarin and English** (verbal and written)
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
