**Job Description**:
As Guest Services Agent - Room Reservations you are responsible for assisting guests with reservation enquiries and maximising the spend of expected guests prior to arrival.

You will be passionate about providing a luxurious experience for our guests at every touch point.

As a Guest Services Agent-Room Reservations, you will take the time to listen to our guests and make them feel heard, to do this you must be fascinated by people, curious and a story spotter. You will be responsible for providing professional and personalised service to all hotel guests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this sought after position, you will have excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, proven experience within a quality establishment, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to exceed both the guest expectations and hotel standards.

**Qualifications**:
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- 12 months experience in Rooms Reservations or Operator role is advantageous
- Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
- Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
- Handle tasks carefully and correctly
- Be a good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers
- Be committed to undertake growth and development within the Sofitel brand
