**What You'll Be Doing**
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests - creating warm welcomes, solving problems on the fly, and helping make every stay memorable.
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
- Manage phone, online, and in-person reservations
- Recommend local attractions and services
- Upsell hotel offerings and upgrades
- Operate our airport shuttle (Full Driver’s License required)
- Resolve guest issues with confidence and care
- Keep the reception area organised and welcoming
- Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and people skills
- Cool under pressure and a natural problem-solver
- Can-do attitude and comfortable taking initiative
- RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
- A team player who's eager to grow and learn
