A Motor Claims Advisor, General Insurance, position has become available where you will take ownership of medium and complex claims portfolio.
Reporting to the Heavy Motor & Total Loss Team Leader, you will build relationships with Brokers, service providers and customers to deliver the ultimate experience.
In order to achieve this, you will be required to do the following:
- To provide prompt and technically accurate management of all allocated claims
- To minimise the downtime of vehicles, machinery plant or equipment.
- Maintain a professional, consistent approach towards all claims, whilst operating within the authority levels and procedural guidelines of the business unit
- Be able to articulate how to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to learn and be flexible to business change
- Review, resolve and proactively finalise claims within authority limit ensuring settlement at an optimum level

In order to be successful in the role, you will require the following experience:
- HSC or Equivalent (preferred)
- Multiple years Motor Claims Experience
- Recognised Industry Qualification (preferred)
- Knowledge of Polisy system, and Workflow systems
- Motor Vehicle claims experience
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Motor Claims strategy and operational imperatives
