Our client is a well-established organisation currently experiencing growth and adding to their supportive and friendly motor claims team. They have an exceptional reputation and put care at the forefront of all that they do. They invest a huge amount into their staff and promote ongoing training and opportunities.

**The Role**
As Motor Claims Consultant your duties will include, but are not be limited to:

- Manage your own portfolio of motor claims end to end
- Liaise with third parties and clients to provide regular updates on the progress of the claim
- Build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
- Follow company processes and procedures in line with legislation.
- **Location: Brisbane CBD** (with the flexibility to work from home)
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
- **Salary**:$75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
- **Contract**:Permanent Full Time

**To be successful in this role you will offer**:

- Previous motor claims experience - 1-2 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
