**The Company**
Our client is an established Brisbane based specialist agriculture and infrastructure investment management business. Consistently delivering above market average returns across a diverse and sophisticated portfolio of assets. They are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to support the Investment Directors in executing mergers, acquisitions, and disposals of investments.

**The Role**
The Investment Manager will support the Investment Directors in the execution of mergers, acquisitions and disposals of investments. This support includes identifying, analysing, developing, proposing and transaction management of investments. Transaction management includes negotiations, structuring, due diligence, investment modelling, producing Investment Papers, management of external advisors and all other activities required to conduct new investments and disposals. This is a commercially focused and outcome orientated role which requires you to proficiently multitask and delegate across deals. This will require excellent planning, execution, organisation while work as part of a team. The Investment Manager works closely with, and reports directly to, the Investment Director. The role also requires close collaboration with all senior internal stakeholders and will be required to travel to the various assets located nationally and ensure the completion of due diligence and negotiations.

**About You**

You will have experience working on a variety of transactions and have the desire and ability to work on transactions from end to end. You will have a degree qualification in finance discipline and be highly literate with Excel and adept in building investment models. You will be highly literate both verbal and written and be adept in producing complex financial reports to a broad audience including executives and investors. It is expected that you will always operate with integrity and honesty as part of this high-performance teams. You will be a team player, who is looking to work in a sophisticated and fast-growing boutique and be passionate about working in this sector.
