About the Role

Our client is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their dedicated team in Brisbane. This role provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the investment management industry across all asset classes, while working closely with fund managers, custodians, and administrators. With structured training and a supportive manager, you'll build your knowledge and skills in a fast-paced environment that offers career progression and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile unit pricing, cash movements, and trade data
  • Manage portfolio administration across equities, fixed income and alternatives
  • Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and third-party providers
  • Deliver accurate reporting to fund managers and their clients
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements

About You

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • Graduate through to 1-3yrs experience within Investment Operations
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
