**Office Admin - Reception & Sales Experience**

Duties include taking inbound calls from customers wanting pest control services, quoting, closing sales and bookings and scheduling runs for technicians on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Reception duties including but not limited to answering incoming calls, sales, managing residential and commercial clients.
- Liaise with various external suppliers and coordinate contractors / technicians on the road (pest technicians)
- Provide administrative assistance with regards to data entry, projects and any ad-hoc administration duties
- Write and send quotes / Follow up on quotes and negotiate sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
- Calling existing residential customers to re book treatments.
- Write and improve current processes
- Provide assistance to the scheduling team overseas when required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar office environment
- Proven sales experience A MUST
- Minimum year 12 level education/TAFE
- Experience working within a office dealing with general public and/ or commercial clientele.
- You must be highly flexible and easily adaptable to different duties within the role.
- It is essential that you are driven, efficient and focused with an ability to learn quickly.
- Strong computer skills and fast ability to learn new tasks. There will be testing for suitable applicants.
- Love talking and engaging with customers and building long term relationships.
