Are you an experienced Solar Admin assistant? Nexa Solar is looking for an Admin assistant to join our team~
**Role Involves**:
Ensuring Suitability of Products / Layouts / Inclusions.
Connection Application Processing and EWR / Retailer Submission Follow Up.
STC Form Creation and Management
Bookings Management and Client Liaison
Post Installation Processes
Data Entry and General Admin duties
Managing Installer Invoices and Contracts
Managing / Issuing Supplier Purchase Orders and Invoices.
Inventory / Stock Management.
Accounts Receivable and Reconciling Customer Invoices
**Required Experience**:
Quick to pick up new online systems, willingness to learn.
Accountability for their work, time-management and autonomy.
Customer service experience.
Respectful and team player.
**Preferred Experience**:
Social Media Management
