**About the role**

Reporting to the** Digital Product Manager - Brand and Loyalty,**in this role you will execute profitable loyalty programs and support the management of campaigns across out 10 CSR Brands. You will gain brilliant exposure to a market leader from a group level.

In this role you will:

- Assist in coordinating and executing the Club Gyprock program, Gyprocker, Safety Campaigns, and loyalty programs to drive engagement, customer growth, and business profitability.
- Support the management of the Hebel Installer Program, tracking customer engagement, and reporting on satisfaction.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of the Australia Made program, public relations efforts, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Assist with digital marketing strategies, including demand generation, content creation, and managing online presence to enhance customer interaction.
- Help maintain consistent messaging and branding, ensuring effective customer targeting, segmentation, and ROI across all platforms.

**This position is full time, 12 month fixed term contract.**

- Experience in a digital marketing role
- Strong and proven program management
- Demonstrable ROI for digital marketing strategies
- Technically savvy, with a hands-on approach to digital assets and planning and measurement
- Passionate and personable approach with Strategic thinking,
- Moderate Building Industry knowledge a bonus
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital marketing or related field
