**Salary**: $1,220.00 - $1,880.00 per week + Commission and Performance Bonus

Are you seeking an exhilarating opportunity to join a top-tier digital marketing agency? Marketing Sweet is actively seeking a motivated individual to join our successful Sales and Marketing team. As an Assistant Digital Sales and Marketing Professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and marketing our digital services to both new and existing clients.

No prior experience is required, but a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and a keenness to learn are essential attributes. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills are highly desirable. Our Director emphasizes that hard work triumphs over talent when talent fails to exert effort, and we fully embrace this philosophy in our recruitment process.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive personalized training from our Director, Sales and Marketing Managers, both in our office and remotely, on a daily basis. We strongly believe in investing in education and will compensate you while you gain knowledge and skills. **Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales and marketing efforts for our digital services, targeting new and existing clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide customer service and perform administrative tasks when necessary.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge of our services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and acquire new proficiencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,220.00 - $1,880.00 per week

Working Schedule:

- 6-8-10 hour shifts

Additional Compensation:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
North Adelaide, SA 5006: Ability to commute reliably or plans to relocate before commencing employment (preferred)

Work Location: Single location

Part-time hours: 28-36 per week

**Salary**: From $44,000.00 per year
