DNM Digital is a boutique, performance-based digital marketing agency in Sydney with a wide range of clients from small to large organizations and are currently looking for an SEO specialist to join our SEO team.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in developing SEO strategies and implementing optimizations. A minimum of 2 years of SEO experience is ideal.
- Proficient in a range of SEO and digital marketing tools (SEMRush, ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Rank Ranger, ScreamingFrog).
- Adaptable and ready to shift strategy as circumstances change.
- Analytical and relies on data to make decisions.
- A strong communicator who enjoys sharing their SEO expertise.
- Happy to dive in and optimize on-page elements as necessary.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage tasks
- Competency in soft skills, including, but not limited to, project management, communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, objection handling
- You have strong organizational and time management skills as well as Administration/Project Management skill

**As a SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting your Manager in the smooth running of the team, including (but not limited to) training & development, escalations, deep dives.
- Effectively manage and build relationships with internal teams, external clients, agencies, etc, to develop and execute successful SEO campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Assist Account Managers with preparing for and attending meetings where needed for quarterly client reviews.
- Track progress and continuously monitor the effectiveness of search campaigns and adjust (proactively) where necessary.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analytics reporting requests from internal team members and clients.
- Provide analytics and tracking setup on different Search initiatives & Multi-Channel search campaigns for a defined set of KPI’s based on project requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Construct presentation-ready reporting completed regularly delivering valuable insights as to the performance of the managed SEO campaigns.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
