**Digital Marketing Specialist**

A Key member of the Elgas Marketing Team to enhance and maintain existing digital channels (including e-channel, Purple Perks, customer apps, store locators and tools), manage all facets of Customer data to target growth and retention campaign opportunities, support implementation of data connectivity with third parties and develop and execute ideas to continuously improve Digital CX.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will utilise all forms of customer data and analytics to gather insights and provide solutions to drive continuous improvement and further innovation
- Contribute and enable the delivery and execution of the Digital Marketing Team Strategy
- You will play a key project role in executing Customer communications content and technology initiatives
- In addition, facilitate and support the operation of key Digital communication platforms and channels
- Support opportunities for innovation in Digital Customer Communications and channels
- Furthermore, support change management best practice to ensure any change across the digital communications channel is delivered in a customer/human centric way
- You will ensure all content is updated, and new content loaded to relevant sites in a timeline manner
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify any additional reporting or dashboard requirements for the business in relation to digital marketing

**What makes you great**
- You have bachelor's degree in Data science/ Commerce / Information technology or similar
- Data warehousing systems and analytics
- Mining data for growth and retention activities
- Managing third party relationships in terms of data warehousing, transfer and security
- Understanding of web design and business system integration
- Experience in working collaboratively across a broad group of stakeholders including proven successful collaboration with internal IT Teams on projects
