**THE OPPORTUNITY**:We’re looking to expand the team to support an exciting growth phase in our business & are on the hunt for the next 'digital mind' to join our team

**THE ROLE**: As the digital marketing associate, you will bring working knowledge of paid search and/or social platforms including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, messaging, testing, optimisation techniques (and tricks). You'll work closely with the internal and external teams at key partners (google, microsoft, facebook, instagram, tiktok) and be supported by various resources across the agency to help deliver outstanding results for our clients.

You'll be expected to work with a high level of autonomy, with some office days (hybrid setting) so it is essential that you are self-motivated and have a high level of attention to detail.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min 2 years hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
- Creative thinker with great ability to engage audiences in large scale campaigns
- Self-motivated, always looking to raise the bar

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
